Step 1: Discover & Define

We start with you—your lifestyle, your aspirations, and the way you want to use your space. Here’s where we:

▢ Discuss your must-haves and wishlist
▢ Explore how you use (and want to use) each space
▢ Identify current challenges and goals
▢ Collect and review inspiration images
▢ Clarify your budget and timeline
▢ Create a detailed design brief

Step 2: Concept Creation

This is where the vision starts to take shape:

▢ Develop mood boards and material suggestions
▢ Draft concept sketches and layout ideas
▢ Research any unique or bespoke elements
▢ Present aligned concept and an unexpected alternative

Step 3: Collaborative Review

We’ll meet in person or virtually to discuss the concept and tailor it based on your feedback. This is your chance to guide, refine, and dream even bigger:

▢ Walk through concept boards together
▢ Gather feedback and refine direction

Step 4: Detail Design

I.e. the Nitty Gritty. Every drawing, sample, and specification is reviewed and refined until it’s just right:

▢ Specify all materials, finishes, and fixtures
▢ Finalize floor plans, joinery, and lighting layouts
▢ Test samples together for visual harmony
▢ Begin CAD modeling for technical accuracy

Step 5: Final Presentation

We’ll walk through everything together so you can feel confident in the final design:

▢ Review drawings, specs, and samples with client in detail
▢ Incorporate feedback and prepare for sign-off

Step 6: Documentation

Everything is pulled together into a comprehensive pack for the build team:

▢ Compile final floor plans and elevations
▢ Finalize electrical and lighting layouts
▢ Create finish, fixture, and material schedules
▢ Produce joinery shop drawings

Step 7: Build & Beyond

Throughout the build, I’ll be here to:

▢ Answer contractor questions as needed
▢ Monitor build quality and design integrity
