Phase 01.

Concept

Initial Consultation

A chance for us both to see if we are a good fit. We’ll meet on-site (if possible) to understand your design direction. We will review any architectural plans you have or alternatively take a site measure. We’ll discuss your project in as much detail as possible to build out a comprehensive Scope of Works.

Design Creation

We work with you to develop an overall vision of your project, based on the Scope of Works. You’ll receive visualised concepts in the form of mood and material boards and spatial planning that will inform the further development of your design. Together, we’ll fine tune these in preparation for the next stage.

Phase 02.

Development

Design Development

During the stage, we build out your approved Design Concepts into implementation-ready schedules and documentation. This includes specification of fixtures, finishings and products.

Joinery Drawings (if applicable)

Should your project require joinery design, we’ll build out our initial concepts into shop drawings that are joiner-ready.

Phase 03.

Implementation

Design Implementation

This is where our meticulous process comes into its own. We coordinate our trade partners to implement every aspect of your project and take a hands-on approach with regular site visits.

Install Day & Handover

The final piece of the puzzle, we complete installation and ensure the finishing touches come together to fulfil your vision. Once complete, we’ll walk you through the entire project so you feel ready to settle straight in.

Pricing

We take a phased approach so you are only ever committed to the stage you are currently undertaking. Every project’s pricing is individualised, however we understand how handy it is to have a ballpark when budgeting. Generally, full design of a new build or whole-home renovation*, including joinery design, will sit in the ballpark of $12–$14K. On the other hand, the full design and styling of a single living room may sit in the range of $1K–$2K. As always, the best way to ensure accurate pricing is to fill out an enquiry form with as much detail on your project as possible and we will provide you with a free estimate.

*Based on a four bedroom, two bathroom, two living area home, excluding styling.
